Return Policy
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a full refund less the shipping fees.
Return items must be unworn and in their original condition. There are no other special catches or exceptions.
Returns can be arranged within 30 days of purchase date and we must receive the return within 30 days of issuing the authorization number to you.
3 Easy Steps to Returning a Rebel Junction Purchase:
- Contact our Returns Department for a return authorization number (RA number) before shipping the item back to us.
- Write the RA number clearly on the front of the package you are sending back to us. We recommend you use the same package your shipment came to you in. Just cover over the old label with a new one that has our mailing address on it.
- Stick on the correct postage and mail it back to us!
Remember, to qualify for a refund, we simply ask that the returning items be unworn and in their original condition.
We will inspect your return within 48 hours of receiving it and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 days. Do allow a few extra days during the busy holiday seasons. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take up to 10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
Damaged Shipments or Incorrect Shipments
For damaged shipments or incorrect shipments, you must again first contact our returns department to receive a RA number before shipping the items back to us. These returns must be done within 15 days of receiving the shipment. Please ship these items back to us in the same packaging in which they were shipped to you (or in similar packaging if the original packaging was damaged in shipping).
Sorry, but we will not refund purchases that come back to us in poor condition so please package your returns well.

THOMAS SABO Jewelry 2-Year Warranty
Your THOMAS SABO jewelry items come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering material defects and production faults from your date of purchase. Here at Rebel Junction, we will honor the THOMAS SABO warranty only for items purchased from RebelJunction.com.
Please note that THOMAS SABO jewelry purchased from another authorized dealer must be returned to that same authorized dealer, not to Rebel Junction.
Your THOMAS SABO jewelry will be repaired free of charge within this 2-year warranty period following the date of purchase. If a repair is not possible or the repair deemed too expensive, we will exchange the jewelry against jewelry of equal value free of charge. The warranty lapses in the event of incorrect use, third-party repairs and careless handling and the warranty does not cover damage or wear-and-tear nor does it cover wear parts such as leather straps and satin ribbons.
For your own security, please return your jewelry to us by registered mail or as a parcel with return receipt. We are unable to assume liability for damage, loss or theft during transport.

THOMAS SABO Watch 1-Year Warranty

Please note that THOMAS SABO watches purchased from another authorized dealer must be returned to that same authorized dealer along with the completed Guarantee Certificate and must not be sent to us here at Rebel Junction.
With your watch purchase, you will receive a dated signed and stamped International Guarantee Certificate. Please keep this Certificate in a safe place. This guarantee is only valid if batteries approved by THOMAS SABO have been used. Your watch is equipped with a quartz movement. This guarantee is invalidated in the case of inappropriate use, non-THOMAS SABO repairs, careless handling, wear-and-tear, damage caused by normal usage, abuse or damage resulting, for example, from an accident. Excluded from this guarantee are wear parts such as straps, bracelets and batteries.
For your own security, please send your returns back to us by registered mail or as a parcel with return receipt. We are unable to assume liability for damage, loss or theft during transport.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
All shipping addresses should to be verified before submitting your order. If any shipping information is incorrect, you may incur a $10 fee for re-directing your shipment to the correct address. Please contact us immediately to report any errors to avoid this fee.

All prices are subject to change without notice. If an item ordered is not available at the web posted price, you will be notified of the correct price before shipment is made.
Product Availability
We carry a very extensive inventory and update the In Stock/Temp. Out of Stock postings on a daily basis. However, all items are subject to prior sale so we cannot guarantee availability of all items featured on our site at all times. We will let you know if one of the items you've ordered is not in stock and you will be asked if we should put it on backorder for automatic shipment when we receive it.
